al artículo 2.8.1.9.3 del Decreto número 1068 de 2015. Adiciónense al artículo 2.8.1.9.3 del Decreto número 1068 de 2015 el siguiente

Parágrafo

El Presidente de la JEP, y el Secretario Ejecutivo, solicitarán al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, de manera previa a la adopción de la planta, la viabilidad presupuestal para la creación de los empleos, en los términos establecidos en el Estatuto Orgánico del Presupuesto y demás normas reglamentarias.
