Contra la propiedad matriculada calificadamente no podrá invocarse otro título que el declarativo de prescripción extraordinaria, y la sentencia que en recurso de revisión de que trata el Capítulo VII del Título XIV del Libro Segundo del Código de Procedimiento Civil, invalide el título, en cuyo caso no afectará derechos de terceros de buena fe.
