La sanción consistente en la suspensión en el ejercicio de la terapia ocupacional hasta por cinco (5) años es privativa del Tribunal Disciplinario Nacional. Las demás sanciones serán competencia de los Tribunales Disciplinarios Seccionales cuando existieren; en caso contrario, las impondrá el Tribunal Disciplinario Nacional.
