Cuando se trate de faltas graves contra la ética profesional, iniciarán la investigación correspondiente, los Secretarios o Directores Departamentales, Intendenciales, Comisariales o Distritales de Salud Pública, en virtud de denuncia queja o de oficio, con arreglo al procedimiento establecido en el artículo 122 del presente Decreto. El funcionario investigador, podrá decretar, de oficio, la practica de las pruebas que creyere conveniente para el esclarecimiento de los hechos.
