ARTICULO 10 . Irregularidades en la actuación disciplinaria. Si el funcionario investigador o evaluador encontrare que en el desarrollo de la investigación disciplinaria se ha incurrido en alguna irregularidad, procederá a subsanarla antes del cierre de la misma, si ello fuere posible, de lo contrario, se reiniciará la investigación en la etapa en que se hubiere producido la irregularidad.
