º . El sacrificio de animales de abasto público o para consumo humano y la carne en canal que se procese, transporte, comercialice o consuma en el territorio nacional, así como la que se destine para exportación, se someterán a las reglamentaciones del presente decreto y a las disposiciones complementarias que, en desarrollo del mismo o con fundamento en la ley, dicte el Ministerio de Salud.
