Ley 15 de 1980 · por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Convenio sobre Intercambio Cultural entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República Socialista de Checoslovaquia", firmado en Bogotá el 23 de abril de 1979.

ARTICULO XI

Cada Parte Contratante facilitará en su territorio el establecimiento de Comités Seccionales, Institutos Culturales o Asociaciones de Amistad dedicadas a fines educativos o culturales por parte del otro Estado o de ambos Estados Contratantes, de acuerdo con sus leyes y normas. Para el establecimiento de los Comités, Seccionales, Institutos Culturales o asociaciones de Amistad es necesario obtener la autorización previa de los organismos competentes del Estado en el territorio en el cual tengan que establecerse.
