Las entidades oficiales y semioficiales que manejan autónomamente su presupuesto como el Consejo de Ferrocarriles, la Universidad Nacional, etc, incluirán para próxima vigencia, con cargo a su respectivo presupuesto y en los mismos termino establecidos en el artículo anterior, las partidas necesarias para el pago de la prima.
