Articulo 35 . Titulo ejecutivo. Las providencias administrativas que impongan multas prestarán mérito ejecutivo una vez ejecutoriadas, en contra de quien deba pagarlas. Las multas se harán efectivas por jurisdicción coactiva, de la cual queda investido el mismo funcionario o autoridad que las haya impuesto.
