Artículo primero. Los Abogados de Rehabilitación de que trata el Decreto número 2239, de octubre 30 de 1958, fuera de los casos previstos en el inciso segundo del artículo primero, atenderán además los asuntos de representación judicial o administrativa que les encomienden los Gobernadores de los Departamentos o las Comisiones Seccionales de Rehabilitación, siempre y cuando que el beneficiado con dicha gestión carezca de recursos para nombrar abogado.
