El Concesionario Deberá Presentar El Primer Lunes De Cada Mes A La Entidad Concesionista Respectiva Una Relación De Las Ventas De Apuestas Realizadas El Mes Inmediatamente Anterior

El concesionario deberá presentar el primer lunes de cada mes a la entidad concesionista respectiva una relación de las ventas de apuestas realizadas el mes inmediatamente anterior. Esta relación servirá de base para el pago del 10% de que trata el artículo 41° de la Ley 1ª de 1982.

Parágrafo

Si el día lunes fuere festivo, la presentación de la relación de las Ventas deberá hacerse al día siguiente.
