Prestaciones por Muerte o Desaparecimiento. Los Auxiliares de Policía Bachilleres que fallezcan o desaparezcan durante la prestación del Servicio Militar
Obligatorio, tendrán derecho a las prestaciones señaladas en el artículo 8o. del Decreto número 2728 de 1968 y los artículos 4o. y 5o. del Decreto 1414 de 1975.
