El control a que se refiere el artículo anterior se practicará por la entidad administradora del recurso. Cuando no se requieran conocimientos especializados para realizar las faenas de caza, se podrá autorizar a los moradores de la región, quienes deberán adelantar tales actividades bajo la supervisión de los funcionarios de la entidad administradora.
