° Reconócese á cargo del Tesoro Nacional y á favor del Sr. General Ricardo Lesmes la suma de $ 10,420, valor de los ganados y demás efectos que le fueron tomados por agentes del Gobierno y por los revolucionarios de Vélez, estando el al servicio del Gobierno en las fuerzas que comandaba el Sr. General Rafael Reyes, todo de acuerdo con los comprobantes que ha presentado.
