En el contrato de administración los Administradores deberán obligarse a llevar las cuentas por el sistema de partida doble según los reglamentos oficiales y a presentar los comprobantes de todos los gastos, a aceptar la vigilancia y fiscalización del Gobierno y a rendir las cuentas a la Corte del ramo como responsables del Erario.
