Los estudiantes de Ingeniería civil o de cualquiera de las especialidades, que hubieren terminado todos los cursos en una Facultad oficial o privada aceptada por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, podrán obtener la matrícula para poder ejercer su profesión durante dos (2) años. Igual derecho se concede durante los dos (2) años siguientes a la aprobación de esta Ley, a los estudiantes cuyos estudios hubieren sido hechos con anterioridad a la vigencia de la presente ley.
