Requisitos para acceder al subsidio. Establécense los siguientes requisitos para adquirir el derecho al subsidio previsto en el artículo 24 del Decreto-ley 353 de 1994

Carecer de vivienda propia.

A partir del once (11) de febrero de 1994, no haber tenido reconocimiento de retiros parciales o totales de cesantías, hasta la adjudicación del subsidio y obtención de vivienda.
