Artículo quinto. La licencia de agente vendedor, representante, agente viajero o agente técnico de ventas, deberá inscribirse en el Registro Mercantil de la Cámara de Comercio de la jurisdicción del interesado, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de su expedición; si no se registrare oportunamente carecerá de valor y quien hiciere uso de ella incurrirá en la sanción contemplada en el artículo 13 del presente Decreto. El original debidamente registrado se devolverá a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio - División de Cámaras de Comercio y Profesiones Comerciales - para los fines a que se refiere el artículo 8º. de este Decreto.
