° A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto el Tribunal Supremo de Aduanas formará parte de la Rama Jurisdiccional del Poder Público y se llamará Tribunal Superior de Aduanas y se compondrá de cuatro Magistrados designados por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, para un período de cuatro años contados a partir del 1° de marzo del año en curso.
