Art. 246. Los interesados deberán presentar al Jefe de la Aduana, cada vez que quieran estraer bultos del depósito, un memorial, en que se espresará la marca, número i peso del bulto o bultos, su contenido i el cargamento a que corresponden. El Administrador estenderá el mismo dia el permiso a continuacion del memorial, i lo trasmitirá al Guarda–almacen, quien lo devolverá a aquel empleado en el acto de la entrega de los bultos con el recibo del interesado.
