Este decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, adiciona el Capítulo 5 del Título 2 de la Parte 4 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1066 de 2015, Único reglamentario del sector Administrativo del Interior, y deroga las Resoluciones números 0583 del 11 de mayo de 2018 y 1195 del 6 de agosto de 2018, así como las normas que le sean contrarias.

Decreto 1382 de 2025 · por el cual se adiciona el Capítulo 5 al Título 2 de la Parte 4 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1066 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo del Interior, con el fin de reglamentar el artículo 312 de la Ley 2294 de 2023, “por el cual se expide el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2022-2026 Colombia Potencia Mundial de la Vida”, relacionado con el Sistema Nacional de Libertad Religiosa y de Cultos, Dialogo Social, Paz Total, Igualdad y No Estigmatización (Sinalibrec).
