Modifícase la reforma 177 del artículo 1º del Decreto 1809 del 6 de agosto de 1990, cuyo texto quedará así: "177. El artículo 202 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970 quedará así: Artículo 202. Serán sancionados con multa equivalente a cinco (5) salarios mínimos, los ciclistas y motociclistas que infrinjan las normas establecidas en el artículo 156 de este decreto".
