Cuando se vincule por el Estado o la empresa privada, a personas jurídicas que vayan a desarrollar labores propias de la profesión de Biólogos, se anexará además de la certificación de creación y representación, fotocopia de las matrículas de Biólogos que formen parte de la sociedad.
