La Nación - Miniterio de Agricultura, revisará el contrato de administración actualmente vigente y dará un plazo que no podrá ser mayor de 180 días a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, para que la entidad contratista adecúe sus estatutos a lo establecido en los artículos anteriores y conforme sus nuevos Organos Directivos con base en ellos.
