Art. 61. Los encargados de la centralización de las cuentas de papel sellado y de estampillas en los Departamentos, pasarán al Ministerio de Hacienda una relación trimestral sobres la distribución y venta de dichas especias venales en cada uno de los Municipios de las respectivas Provincia, con expresión de las hojas de papel y de las estampillas de cada clase distribuídas y vendidas.
