º Modificase el artículo 2º, letra O del Decreto 895 de 1980 que quedará así. CAPITULO 85. Nota adicional. Señálase un gravamen del 5% a las máquinas y aparatos clasificables en este capítulo cuando sean importados por empresas de transporte aéreo, fumigación, escuelas de aviación o industrias de ensamble de aviones. Para tener derecho a este gravamen deberá cumplir en el momento de su nacionalización con los siguientes requisitos

Previo visto bueno del Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil, y

Clasificación arancelaria emitida por la División de Arancel de la Dirección General de Aduanas.
