Los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios, deberán informar dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la vigencia del presente Decreto, a la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria, con copia a la Dirección General de Aduanas, sobre los puertos, muelles, o instalaciones portuarias, o fluviales, éstos últimos sobre ríos limítrofes internacionales y los enumerados en el artículo 2°, del Decreto 2324 de 1984, que estando habilitados o no, con permisos o no vigentes, existen dentro de su jurisdicción.
