Celebración del contrato. Dentro del término de diez (10) días después de haber sido resueltas las oposiciones e intervenciones de terceros, se celebrará el contrato de concesión y se procederá a su inscripción en el Registro Minero Nacional. Del contrato se remitirá copia a la autoridad ambiental para el seguimiento y vigilancia de la gestión ambiental para la exploración.
