Art. 122. En caso de pérdida de los documentos que deben servir para formar una cuenta, proveniente de caso fortuito, ésta se formará por tanteo por el empleado que deba examinarla, teniendo á la vista las cuentas anteriores del respectivo responsable. Lo mismo se hará siempre que dejare de presentarse oportunamente una cuenta, después de haberse agotado los medios coercitivos que se establecen en esta Ley, y de acuerdo con lo que ella dispone.
