Para la liquidación de la sociedad conyugal, una vez registrada la sentencia, civil o eclesiástica, que decreta la nulidad o el divorcio, se procede como se indica en las disposiciones que rigen el inventario y la partición de los bienes de una sucesión o de una sociedad conyugal disuelta por muerte de uno de los cónyuges.
