Si la Comisión legislativa de cuentas halla que la Corte del ramo no presentó el informe de que trata la sección 2ª de este capítulo, o lo presentó de modo imperfecto o deficiente, propone a la Cámara un proyecto de resolución que ordene pasar copia de lo conducente al Procurador General de la Nación para que promueva el juicio de responsabilidad a que haya lugar.
