Las Normas Contenidas En El Presente Decreto Se Aplicarán A Los Servidores Públicos De La Rama Judicial Y De La Justicia Penal Militar, Que No Opten Por El Régimen Especial Establecido En El Desarrollo Del Parágrafo Del Artículo 14 De La Ley 4a

ARTICULO 26. Las normas contenidas en el presente decreto se aplicarán a los servidores públicos de la Rama Judicial y de la Justicia Penal Militar, que no opten por el régimen especial establecido en el desarrollo del

Parágrafo

del artículo 14 de la Ley 4a. de 1992. Así mismo las disposiciones de que trata el presente decreto se aplicarán a los servidores públicos de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y la Defensoría del Pueblo que no opten por el régimen especial que para ellos expida el Gobierno Nacional.
