DE LAS CERTIFICACIONES. Para efectos de donación o traspaso de órganos, tejidos o líquidos orgánicos por parte de una persona viva, el Ministerio de Salud establecerá qué certificaciones deberán presentarse para acreditar científicamente que el acto no constituya un riesgo, distinto del que el procedimiento conlleve, para la salud del donante ni para el posible receptor.
