Reconózcase a los señores doctor Domingo Rivera, Rafael Parrado y Eduardo Moreno Z., Ingeniero Jefe, Pagador y Almacenista, respectivamente, de la obra de desecación del Valle de Sogamoso, el valor de sus sueldos correspondientes a los meses de enero y febrero del presente año, con cargo al capítulo 66, artículo 585 del Presupuesto Nácíonal vigente.
