El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, por intermedio de la Jefatura de Conservación de Carreteras o cualquier dependencia de esa entidad a que corresponda, dispondrá el mantenimiento de las mismas por conducto del Distrito de Obras Públicas número 22, con sede en la ciudad de Sincelejo, en el Departamento de Sucre.
