Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, organismos básicos para la dirección del sistema nacional de salud a nivel departamental, intendencial, comisarial y del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, tendrán la organización, régimen de funcionamiento que les señala el Decreto número 056 de 1975, el presente Decreto y las demás disposiciones que rigen el sistema nacional de salud.
