La multa no será superior al valor de la sexta parte del sueldo mensual del sancionado, y su producto se destinara a la Caja Especial del Establecimiento en donde aquel presta sus servicios, o a los fondos de la casa del post-penado, cuando el sancionado perteneciere al personal inmediato que presta sus servicios en la dirección General de Prisiones.
