Articulo 34. Todo giro del servicio interior deberá llevar un sello de timbre nacional, de valor de diez centavos ($ 0-10), el cual será adherido al talón o cupón que debe ser remitido a la contraloría general de la República con la cuenta correspondiente. en el giro mismo como también en el telegrama de transmisión de los giros telegráficos debe estamparse la palabra estampillado. De este requisito se exceptúan los giros oficiales.
