Crease un juzgado de circuito promiscuo en la cabecera del municipio de babeaba, integrado por este municipio y los de peque y Chigorodo, con el mismo personal e iguales asignaciones de que disfrutan los demás juzgados de circuito.

Parágrafo

Asimismo crease una oficina de registro para dicho circuito.
