Art. 1.° Adóptase oficialmente, para los asuntos nacionales, la nomenclatura que tienen en la actualidad las ciudades, villas, distritos, aldeas, caseríos i demás lugares de la República. Las poblaciones que sean fundadas en lo sucesivo, se designarán con el nombre que por primera vez se les dé en el acto constitutivo de la fundación.
