Composición De La Premezcla Para Fortificación

Decreto 1324 de 1998 · por el cual se reglamenta la fortificación del azúcar con vitamina A y se establecen las condiciones de comercialización, rotulado, vigilancia y control.

°. Composición de la premezcla para fortificación. La premezcla para fortificación de azúcar con vitamina A, deberá tener la siguiente composición: INGREDIENTES % PESO CANTIDAD (kg) Azúcar 76.35 86.63 VitaminaApalmitato 75000 equivalentes de Retinol/gramo (250000 U.I./gramo) soluble en agua fría. 22.03 25.00 Antioxidante formado por: • Palmitato de ascorbilo: 25% • DL-a Tocoferol: 5% • Lecitina: 70% 0.008 0.009 Aceite vegetal 1.60 1.82 Total 100.00 113.459 Parágafo 1°. La premezcla se añadirá al azúcar en una proporción de 0.5 kilogramos por 1.000 kilogramos de azúcar.

Parágrafo 2

La vitamina A palmitato y los componentes de la premezcla deberán cumplir con las especificaciones técnicas establecidas en el Food Chemical Codex “FCC” y las Farmacopeas Oficiales en Colombia.
