Certificado de emisión de gases. En la importación directa de vehículos automotores, efectuadas por personas naturales, las autoridades nacionales aceptarán las certificaciones sobre emisión de gases que expida el fabricante o el distribuidor extranjero de vehículos que lo vendió a quien efectúa la importación. No se podrá por tanto exigir que otro importador certifique tales asuntos.
