Art í culo 3 º Los fondos apropiados en el presupuesto vigente para iniciar el cumplimiento de la Ley 84 de 1941, se entregar á n al Tesorero del Municipio, quien deber á otorgar fianza a satisfacci ó n de la Contralor í a General de la Republica, por la cuant í a que le se ñ ale dicha entidad y rendirle cuentas de su inversi ó n de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes para las obras p ú blicas nacionales o las que para este caso se dicten especialmente.
