ARTICULO 5° Inspección y vigilancia. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 211 de la Constitución Política de Colombia, el Presidente de la República podrá delegar en el Ministro de Educación Nacional las funciones de inspección y vigilancia en lo que compete a la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
