º. Cumplimiento de la reciprocidad. Los extranjeros que soliciten la aplicación del tratamiento establecido en el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 20 de la Ley 80 de 1993, deberán acreditar con su oferta la existencia de la reciprocidad, acompañando para el efecto un certificado de la autoridad del respectivo país.
