Art. 2.° Comprobados satisfactoriamente los hechos de que trata el artículo anterior, el Secretario de Hacienda expedirá el título respectivo, en el cual se comprenderá el derecho á las diez hectáreas de terrenos baldíos ó de propiedad nacional adyacentes á cada una de dichas fuentes, y se dispondrá que el Presidente ó Gobernador del Estado en que estén ubicadas aquéllas, ordene que se dé posesión judicial de ellas y de las diez hectáreas de los terrenos adyacentes, observándose para ésto las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.
