ART 292. El militar culpable del delito de robo con violencia ó intimidación en las personas, si lo cometiere en cuartel ú otro establecimiento militar, ó estando en desempeño del servicio, será castigado con la pena de muerte y degradación, siempre que con motivo ú ocasión del robo se cometiere homicidio ó alguna de las violencias de que trata el artículo 193 de esta ley.
