Cuando se transporte un envío en una unidad de carga no precintada, las autoridades aduaneras establecerán las condiciones de seguridad necesarias para realizar el tránsito aduanero, tales como: comprobación de las mercancias, colocación de precintos, o asignación de escolta aduanera.
