Artículo diez y siete . El Fondo Rotatorio Judicial suministrará los libros de registro en forma gratuita a aquellas Oficinas que tengan entradas brutas inferiores a quinientos pesos ($500.00) mensuales, tomando en cuenta para este efecto, los datos que suministre el Departamento de Notariato y Registro del Ministerio de Justicia. Estos datos se tomarán de las cuentas relativas al segundo semestre de 1957.
