Consideraciones adicionales al ámbito de aplicación La Superintendencia de Sociedades impartirá en cualquier tiempo la instrucción específica a cualquier persona jurídica sometida a su supervisión, que no sea Sujeto Obligado a implementar el Sistema de Autocontrol y Gestión de Riesgos LA/FT/FP y C/ST, para que lo implemente, conforme con sus instrucciones. Lo anterior, en ejercicio de la función de instruir a las entidades sujetas a su supervisión, sobre las medidas que deben adoptar para la prevención del Riesgo de LA/FT/FP y C/ST, prevista en el numeral 28 del artículo 7º del Decreto 1736 de 2020 y Ley 2195 de 2022.
